ABOUT THE CHEF
Raised in New York City where he got his first taste of preparing and cooking food at the age of 5 helping his mother with her small catering company run out of their home. Fast forward 20 years and Chef Kwame ran his own New York City catering company and decided to enroll in the Culinary Institute of America to further refine his culinary skills. A stand out student, Chef Kwame had worked with some of the best restaurants in American including Per Se and Eleven Madison Park. He was invited to join a cooking tour competition with Dinner Lab in America where his talents in the kitchen were tested against 9 other chefs in 10 different cities. Kwame came out on top and is now hailed as one of America’s best emerging young chef having received outstanding reviews from some of the top culinary critics.
