“When I founded Test Kitchen almost five years ago, I couldn’t have imagined where we’d end up today. We’ve now run more than 50 pop-ups with chefs from more than 30 countries. There have been James Beard award winners, Michelin star holders and restaurants ranked in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants. They’ve come from a 200-year old dining institution like London’s Savoy Grill, or been Food and Wine magazine’s best new chef for 2019.
The one thing they’ve all shared in common? They’ve trusted our mission, our purpose and our vision to celebrate their food in a unique forum. We couldn’t be prouder to have worked with these extraordinary culinary talent.

We provide a unique culinary platform for local and global chefs to showcase their immense talent and express their experiences and creativity through food. Whether they are up-and-coming or established, carry critical acclaim or even Michelin stars, our chefs all share an innate passion for hospitality and creating the most extraordinary tasting menus.
Our pop-up dinners run twice a month with different chefs and are a truly unique dining experience. Every single one is a one-off as no menu, drinks or detail are ever the same.
