Pop-up Dinners

Our DNA since the beginning of Spring 2015 has been about being the best platform for chefs to cook the food they love and share their stories with our guests in this city. We have done over 80 popup series with well over a hundred chefs, constantly searching and heroing the next up-and-coming chefs in the culinary world. The best part of all is every month we would feature a team, they cook for a week and next time around it’ll be a whole team and experience for us and our guests.

Since Summer 2016, we’ve moved into the space in Sai Ying Pun where we are now. Muti-story, 20-foot ceiling, open kitchen island suite, and the long hand crafted wooden tables allow the space to be anything one can dream of. Not to mention, our world-class culinary team not only is the back-bone support of each visiting teams of chefs around the world; they also curate bespoke dinner experiences and menu that you can dream of and beyond.

A new sector we are developing to challenge ourselves to do what we do best, which is dinner events to outside the 4 walls in our home. Whether its a 8 course tasting menu in an art gallery for a wedding dinner event for 200, to a cozy home BBQ with friends with cocktails and the works. We’d love to do and we’re able to do it all.
